Hi, I’m Lauren! Founder of Lauren Bongiorno Diabetes Coaching, creator of the Diabetic Health Journal, and host of Together T1D.
Living with Type 1 Diabetes for 20 years, helping thousands of people with diabetes since 2015, and working as the Resident Diabetes Coach for Omnipod, I’ve been able to see what’s missing in the traditional diabetes management model.
And how we need to fill that gap.
My work over the last 5 years has been in leading a paradigm shift and building a community and coaching programs around the need to truly understand how our own bodies work, the value in supporting ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally, and creating a lifestyle that feels sustainable.
If I’ve learned one thing, it’s that thriving with T1D requires taking ownership over our life-mindset, self-awareness, and a willingness to accept, adapt and grow.
More than anything, Together T1D is a chance for us to be together as a community. To share together, heal together, celebrate life together, and grow together.
We’ve all been through a lot in the last couple of months – let’s come bring ourselves together and get excited about the future.
Register below and I cannot wait to see you there!
xo, LB
P.S Everyone that registers and attends Together T1D will also receive a bonus coaching video from me sent straight to their inbox after the event so don’t miss out!
